Does Be B’Kesher offer kosher phones?

Kosher phones typically refer to a phone that only addresses web and texting concerns.  Be B’Kesher phones provide all the capabilities of a standard cell phone, along with a set of tools that allow you to manage, disable and customize features according to your needs.  Learn more… Back to Top

Is Be B’Kesher just for children?

No. Be B’Kesher has an extensive line of smartphones which work on the Be B’Kesher system. There are also many Sprint phones that can work on the Be B’Kesher system. You can set your phone to only access certain categories of web sites as well as having access to the complete suite of Be B’Kesher’s management tools. Don’t want to be disturbed during homework time or Seder?  Just set the time and contact management features and your phone will only accept necessary phone numbers that you have chosen calls during the specified time.  Back to Top

Do all Be B’Kesher phones have texting?

While all Be B’Kesher phones come with texting capability, texting can be shut off by account set up or by contacting customer service after your set up. Please allow up to 24 hours before the texting feature is removed.  Back to Top

I am ready to purchase my phone; how do I proceed?

You can go to our plans page and review the plan options and then call customer service at 646-580-1133 to order your phone. Upon receiving your phone, please call to activate and we will set up a time for a representative to discuss and help you create a program for your situation.Back to Top

Do I have to sign a long-term contract when I buy my Be B’Kesher phone?

No. With Be B’Kesher, you don’t have to worry about long-term contracts. When you activate your phone you are NOT locked into a long-term contract that’s going to cost you hundreds of dollars to cancel, as is the case with so many other cell phone companies. Back to Top

What about activation fees? Are there any when I set up my Be B’Kesher phone?

There are no activation fees for the activation of the phone. Please be aware that there is a yearly charge of $20 for the management part of the Be B’kesher program. Back to Top

What do I need to know about roaming charges?

There are no roaming charges on the Be B’Kesher system. Please be aware that international calls cannot be made with a be B’Kesher phone. Back to Top

What happens if I have no more minutes left for the month?

As long as there is money in your wallet, you still will be able to use your phone. Our account agent will explain the wallet system to you at the time of set up.
